Opinions on Big Diesels

Since this site is the reason I now own a Cummins, I wanted to get more opinions from everyone. I am looking at medium duty trucks and there is a plethera of motors available to use in them. Putting you bias aside for the Cummins, what would your top 3 choices be and why? Fuel economy, reliability, ease of rebuild, etc...

Mercedes, Isuzu, Detroit, Cat, International, etc...

(before you ask, if the medium duty can be had with the Cummins, of course my choice would be it)

2006 3500HD Dually CTD G56 4X2 Reg-Cab Silver - Bed removed, mudflaps on. Awaiting quarter fenders,sleeper and generator installation.

2005 3500HD Dually CTD NV5600 4X2 QC White - Bed removed. Sleeper with A/C and heater, mudflaps, quarter fenders and Honda EU3000 installed.
