Kubota engine and tractor brush hog question?

Hey fellas, a quick question for the experts on engines, I bought a Kubota L 2000 with low hours on it. It has set for 10 years and has a blow by problem. What should I add to the oil? Riselone, or something? I am thinking of pulling the glow plugss and filling top of cylinders with what? a BG product,solvent,or an amsoil product, or pb blaster to help dissolve the carbon in the rings. I know you guys know. You helped me solve the oil in the vapor problem on my vw tdi. Next, I would like to put a brush hog on this, however the pto shaft turns the wrong way, any brush hogs go either direction? Thanks for the hekp!!!!! Tim
