What diesel could do for us...
Quote from the head of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Transportation and Air Quality, Margo Oge, in the February 20 issue of BusinessWeek:
“The U.S. could save up to 1.4 million barrels of oil per day—roughly the amount it imports from Saudi Arabia—if a third of U.S. vehicles ran on diesel.”
(Taken from the latest edition of Winding Road Magazine - online)
Man - if that isn't an eye-opener...I don't know what is.
