150 lb engine that while running on diesel puts out 800 hp?

Has anyone ever heard of this MYT engine? Supposedly the 14" model weighs in at around 150 lbs but puts out 800hp when running on diesel!? One thing I can't figure out is how they arrive at a displacement figure of 13.8 liters. 13.8l to me looks like it is more volume than the entire size of this little engine.
