DTT Shift ?

I've had my DTT installed since March1. It shifts very firm from 1-2, but then 2-3 and 3-4 are very smooth. I notice that when I am driving at WOT they all shift firm, but just driving easy around town the smooth shifts are back. Is there any way I can get the 2-3 and 3-4 shifts to shift like it does from 1-2?
