Who's paying over $3.50 for Diesel?

The cheapest diesel I could find today was $3.35 with my measly 3-cent discount. Flying J is at $3.539 in Pasco. We've been around $3.30 recently but now the inevitable spike due to the oil pipeline issues in Alaska is kicking in
