I've just got to let someone know about these guys, they did a damn fine job for me. I was shoping for a turbo rebuild kit for my dodge when I found this shop, I contacted them about my hx and while I was at it I asked about my Air Reasearch on my John Deere 4320. They said they had all the parts in stock for both turbos and could get them to me PDQ. I only ordered the kit for my tractor as it was in dire need of attention and hay season was coming quickly, and Dodge is still a ways off for a rebuild.
I got the kit within three days of my order it included every nut and bolt nesecary for a full blown rebuild for around a $100. I was one happy camper right up to the point my 33 year old turbo exhaust housing decided it wanted to be dificult. I tried every trick in my book and still managed to break all six bolts off flush with the housing.
It was some where around my third beer I called them and explained my perdicament. The first thing Jerry asked me, "You want to sent it to us?" It was in the mail that day! It took two days for the brown truck to get it there, two days for them to work their magic and find me a used hard to find exhaust housing, two more days for the brown truck to bring it to the driveway.
I had that turbo on and was making hay the next day! It performs flawlessly and I'm glad I've found this shop, they are good people. There might be other shops that do turbo work but these guys have something missing in today's business model, service. They kept me informed on all steps of the rebuild, did nothing without my consent, and answered all my stupid questions. That is priceless to me. And they did it all without breaking the bank.
