Got the lowdown today about ULSD

I was talking to a Hess tanker driver today, he said that they no longer blend K1 with #2 for the cold weather months. It is nothing but ULSD, apparently it is good down to -6 F. But he did say however, they've got about 20 cases of anti-gel back at the rack, "just in case".
