From Dino to Synthetic==how clean?

I am considering going from Delo to one of the synthetics. What is the best way to do it? Does it matter if a little of the leftover dino mixes with the syn? Is it even possible to get ALL the oil out of an engine? And which synthetic is best?

Just kidding on that last question. I'll figure that out myself!
