6.0 Powerstroke problem?

Just bought an 04 excursion 4wd with the 6.0 Powerstroke. Found some oil in the hose connecting the intercooler to the intake. There is also signs of oil on the hoses from the turbo to the intercooler. Is this a leaking oil seal in the turbo or what. Its going to the dealer next week and I want to make sure they dont try to pull the wool over my eyes.
