Got smoked by a Powerstroke -in his dreams

I was stopped at a light and this Powerstroke pulled up on my left. This was in a 45mph zone and the next light was onlt two or three blocks away so I didn't give any thought to racing. When the light turned I gave it my normal half throttle start which, with the DTT tc, put me about 2 car lenghts in front of him by the time we got through the intersection. I then heard this roar and here he came, blowing black smoke, for all he was worth. He was completely past me when I jumped on it enough to know that I could have ate him up

and then I let off since I was up to about 60mph and as I said this was a 45mph zone. I had to laugh as he continued putting out the black smoke. He'll probably be telling all his buddies how he smoked me but maybe we'll meet again sometime and I can wake him up.
