Has the price of diesel jumped $0.35/gal everywhere over the last two weeks?

I am in central NJ and about two weeks ago the price of diesel was $3.15 and literally overnight it went to $3.29, then a few days later to $3.39 and now its $3.49 and one place $3.57????? Gas prices meanwhile have held steady, maybe going up a nickel? How is this possible....
