Diesel...Hows it work?
A few friends and myself were discussing just how awesome our trucks were. Someone posed the questions about how a diesel works. I know in part that through compression and heat the fuel is ignited. But how does the process stop when you turn off the key. There is no ignition system to shut down like in a gasser.
So how does that work?
