Has anyone tried The product " Pure Diesel"?

I had a fellow call and beg me to buy the product "Pure Diesel" . He said it was a promotional deal. $119.00 per gallon. "Guarantee money back if not satisfied". They are saying approx 17% increase in mileage.
After using the new product out of Minn. this last year (CA40, to be exact) and having no positive effect

. I am reluctant to try anything new.
Have any of you tried "Pure Diesel"? Did it work at all ? Anyone?
