diesel .70/gal more than gas!!!!

just checked flying J's website for fuel in my area, 3.05/gal of gas 3.75/gal for diesel, WTF is going on. people are easing their use of heating oil this time of year, I am just wondering what is the latest excuse for the diesel price going up so much faster than gasoline. are they using high diesel prices to subsidize gas prices so consumers don't freak out??
