Which tranny in a 98 12 valve, and where to get one?

I have a line on a 98 12 valve 4x4 with a bad auto trans. Which trans is in it?
Does anyone know where I can get a complete rebuilt unit for a reasonable price? If I get it, I'm not going to turn it up much. I do plan on upgrading the converter for less slippage, and maybe a valve body. I will want it to be my economical DD and plow rig. (I don't plow much, couple driveways)
I might rebuild it myself, but I don't really need another project right now.
Thanks for any info you guys might have.
