Found this long thread on the NuWa (HitchHiker) RV Owner's Forum.

Trouble with 6.4 Powerstrokes

It's interesteing to read down through the posts. An objective consumer who pulls a heavy fifth wheel was considering a new Furd 6.4 because he likes them and asked a few owner/drivers about them. In particular he asked a driver who drives one with a heavy construction body and heard very bad news.

Other posters who are at least somewhat objective recited reports they had heard in RV parks.

The Furd koolaid drinkers on the thread, one or two who have new ones with very few miles, explained their twisted logic for continuing to believe in their Furds in spite of mounting evidence that the 6.4 engine is as sorry or sorrier than the sick.ohhh was or is.

It's long but funny to read.
