I beat a duramax on a test drive...

I was heading east on I44 in Mo. monday, I had a sixteen foot trailer loaded with ABOUT 4000lbs of oak(trailer weight included). I was coming around a long bend on the road and I saw a crew cab duramax turning down the onramp. as I got closer I signaled and got over to alllow him on the highway. as he entered the highway I could see he was in it, from the black cloud coming from his tailpipe (yes it was smoking, take that as you will). he hit the highway at 75MPH and right beside me. I couldnt have timed it better

he looked over at me and then back down at his guages. I heard him get in it, so I decided to throw down with him.

keep in mind, I have a loaded trailer behind me, and all he has, is his wife and salesman with him. we were headed up a small incline, and I romped it in response to him. I am running "Scotty style" right now. that turbo spun up to 35PSI right at his drivers door as we started to leave him, the last thing I could see was him checking his guages again as I showed him the back side of my load @ 90MPH.

he never had a chance.
