I bought me an old gooseneck trailer on Saturday to tow my Scrambler around. I was fortunate to fulfill both of my wishes with one trailer.
I wanted a way to tow my Jeep and also have a place to sleep when I was at offroad events. I thought I was going to have to settle with a truck bed camper but found a trailer that will serve both purposes and still give me room to haul my stuff around too.

I'm going to replace the top (reskin it) and the inside needs to be completed, but once completed, I should have a nice place to sleep.
I will most likely put in a portable toilet and A/C, but probably won't go all out, I just need a comfortable place to crash out after a long day, I'll put me a pull out awning on so I will have some shade and maybe rig up some plumbing and electrical connections so when I'm able to get an RV connection I will have running water and electricity.
I also have room under the ramps to store misc. parts, generator, ice chests, etc. I thinks its gonna work out well.
The truck towed the trailer great, its nice to have something powerful enough to do the job with no worries. I just need to figure out how to get a little more tongue weight and I should be set. I will probably install a water tankup front to provide water when I'm camping, that should do the trick or at least part of it, otherwise I can always load some of my stuff up front to help out as well.
