ISB in FL70 Application

Long time reader, first time posting. First, thanks to everyone for the great amount of information provided on this site. I've been following along since 1999, and been a member since 9/01. No truck yet, but I'm hoping to order a last minute '02 or one of the new '03 models. My first Cummins engine may not be in a Dodge, as I'm looking at buying an 1993 FL70 with 190K miles. Its got a 22 foot box w/rail lift and weighs about 17K lbs. Quesion: Can I assume that this engine can be upgraded in a similar manner to the Dodge 1st Gen's? Obviously, I'm not looking to make an FL70 hot rod. I would just like to get the power up so that I can haul 26K GVW comfortably. Also, does anyone have any other information regarding the Freightliner application of the 5.9L around 1993? Thanks.
