CAT power up??

I am looking at purchasing a 94 chevy 6500 with a CAT 3116 @170 HP and 485 ft.tq I plan on plowing with it and am looking to tune it a bit say 200 + 520 ish?? That is my goal any ways I've looked through TDR and was curious as of who else you may be able to suggest?
