PSD conversion to manual hubs

The worst ice storm in 10 years and my neighbors 95 4wd PSD decides it is time to become a 2wd. He has had it with the 'auto' locking hubs. Anyone know where to buy the stuff to convert it to Warn manual hubs? Thanks
