Injection pump issues with a Ford 1310
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for info or tell me what i would need to know about taking the pump off of a little 1310 ford tractor. It is our little maintenance tractor for our church and for the second time the seal has gone bad allowing diesel fuel to mix in with the crankcase oil. The last time was about 2 years ago and it ended up costing about 1500 by the time they took the pump off and fixed the problem the replaced it. I told the church I would try to help them out the best I could. I told them it could mean I would just haul it to the shop or take the pump off and get it fixed or end up doing the whole job. It all depends on how hard it is and if I can handle it with the proper info. I am willing to do the whole job if someone can help me the the info I need.
Thanks a bunch
Lloyd
