Need advice on truck purchase!

First time post, but I've been lurking for quite a while...
OK, I'm looking at another CTD (already have one). The truck I am looking at is a 1998, standard cab, long bed, 12v, 5sp, vinyl seats, plastic floor, 107,000 mi., no wrecks, everything is in excellent shape. The only thing that concerns me is the motor is covered with oil.

My 95 CTD motor is spotless. I can tell that some is coming from the valve covers, but where else I'm not sure. The guy wants $15,000, and won't go any lower. Good price? Let me know what you think...
