Mack Model R

Hi guys:

My boss has a 1969 Mack Model R. The body is a little rough but the truck is all there. It ha a New Leader Lime Spreader on it, what is the spreader worth? The truck has a 237 engine in it, twin stick transmission, and tandem axles. I thought about buying it, doing a little work to it, selling the lime bed, installing a used dump bed. What is this truck worth? What do I have to do besides insure it and have a CDL to be able haul goods for others for $?
