Diesel prices going up again???

Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't help but notice that fuel prices are on the way up again- just in time for multi-thousand mile summer trips pulling trailers. Up .13 in just a couple of days here to about $1.63. What BS excuse does the oilman have for us this time
