Info on Cummins ISC 8.3

My buddy is looking at a 2000 Monaco motorhome with a Cummins ISC 8.3 engine in it. I've heard of problems with the CAPS fuel injection system used on some of the earlier ISC's. I was wondering if they were still a problem in 2000. Is there any other things(engine related) that he should be concerned about? Thanks in advance for the input.
