Installing reman 7.3... any tips?

I pulled my '91 Ford Superduty into the shop today so I can remove the 7.3 "cavitation special" and install a reman 7.3 this week. Need to get it going 'cause it is the plow truck - Western 9ft Heavyweight.

Any tips, tricks, or ways to cheat on getting the old out and the new in (besides paying someone else to do it)??? I know from experience that removing the heads while engine is in the truck is a major PITA!

Help anyone?
