smarty wrong vin looking drb help detroit metro

Had my Smarty for a week, and it is killing me that I can not use it. Early 03s had the last few digits of the VIN missing in the ECM. See post from earlier in the week. I am just double checking that no one in the Detroit Metro area has a DRBIII or know someone who has them to help me out for 5-10 min, I could throw them a $20? All the dealers I have talked to have a minimum fee.
