Timing near Denver?

Looking to see if there are any members with the tools/know-how to help me time my 97 Dodge. I have been shown how to do it before but don't really feel confident doing it again. Beer/Donations can be provided!

'97 White 2500 CTD 4X4 ExtCab, 5spd. Autometer pyro (post-turbo) and boost, 4" MBRP single turbo-back straight-pipe exhaust, 3kGSK, self-ground 100 fuel plate and timing set to 18* BTDC. KDP Killed with Tab fix.
