MAY MADNESS 2001 SCHEDULE

Tuesday May 15
7 PM-9 PM Registration for May Madness at Arizona Charlies-East in RV Park Office/Clubhouse

Wednesday May 16
8 AM-5 PM Registration for May Madness at Arizona Charlies-East in RV Park Office/Clubhouse (8-9 AM time period is for Wedn. Dyno Day attendees, preferentially).

Dyno Day at Silver State Motorsports, 9 AM-5 PM at LV Speedway, I-15 Exit 54, Building Q-Suite 103 (Vendors are welcome). Turn right at bottom of Exit 54 off-ramp, right after Shelby building, go to Bldg. Q.

Cummins Demo and Seminar at Dyno Day event, 10 AM and 1PM.

Dinner cruise on Lake Mead (reservations #76-150) Boat departs at 6:30 PM. You must be there by 6 PM.
There is a $5 fee per vehicle by the National Park Service to enter the Lake Mead Recreation area.
Kick-off party at Arizona Charlie's-East RV Park Office/Clubhouse, courtesy of the vendors, 7:30 PM.

Late registrations (Thursday—Saturday) at RV Park Space 7404

Thursday May 17
Dyno Day at Silver State Motorsports, 9 AM-5 PM (Vendors are welcome)
Cummins Demo and Seminar at Dyno Day event, 10 AM and 1PM.

Self-guided Caravan tours of local attractions, 8 AM, 1PM (get brochure with directions at RV Park Clubhouse)

Dinner cruise on Lake Mead (reservations #1-75) Boat departs at 6:30 PM. You must be there by 6 PM.
There is a $5 fee per vehicle by the National Park Service to enter the Lake Mead Recreation area. First 75 reservation holders can choose Wedn. or Thurs. boat; this will give more flexibility to the late registrants.

Friday May 18
Super Mental Day (morning or afternoon) at Diesel Dynamics--
shop tour, installations, dyno testing for DD customers

Tour of J&S Diesel (local factory-authorized injection pump shop)
leave from the Diesel Dynamics event, morning or afternoon

Self-guided Caravan Tours of local attractions 8 AM, 1 PM (get brochure with directions at RV Park Clubhouse)

Vendors’ “Hall of Gottahavits” at Arizona Charlie’s-East, NE corner of parking garage, 9 AM-5 PM

Evening Test-n-Tune Drag Racing at Speedway (I-15, Exit 54) Opens 5 PM, Runs 6-11 PM

Saturday May 19—Arizona Charlie’s-East
Vendors’ “Hall of Gottahavits” at Arizona Charlie’s-East, NE corner of parking garage, 9 AM-5 PM
8:30-9 AM Driving by Gauges, Bruce Mallinson, Diesel Injection of Pittsburgh
9-10:15 Power Enhancements: @20 minute talk + 5 minute Q&A
by BD, Blue Chip, Pinnacle Power Exhaust
10:30-12 noon Automatic Transmission Enhancements: 30 minute talks, no Q&A (yet)
by BD, DTT, Dunrite
12 noon- 3 PM, Show-n-Shine “Best Dressed Truck” at parking garage
1:30-2:30 PM Round-table discussion of automatic transmissions, Q&A from audience
2:45-4 PM Lubrication Topics: @20 minute talk + 5 min Q&A, Amsoil, LE, Torco
7 PM-10 PM Banquet and Awards Ceremony at Sam's Town Ponderosa Room (about 1 block south of Arizona Charlie's on Boulder Hwy)
