St Louis chapter, need help to get off the ground

we have been meeting bi monthly with a good turn out for some time now. we would like to fall into the ranks of an official chapter.i have made several attempts to contact other chapters, however i cannot get a response from those chapter leaders to help us. what is invlolved in doing this, and can we still include Fords and Chevys at our meets. we have had a good mix of all three and dont want to leave them out.

in using the TDR name or it in ours, does that make us Dodge/Cummins only?

we have Server space reserved and an e-mailing list established.

we would like to put a name out to vote on, can we use a form of TDR or again does that make us only a Dodge club.

we would like to make up t-shirts once we get a name and start a treasury with appointees to the hirearchy. IE pres,vice pres etc..

most of all just plain make this thing a club.

any help would be apprecaited or at least let us know the terms and conditions and well make up the rest
