New Tulsa dyno day and race
Today I spoke to the track owner and dyno owner to confirm some ideas that we have been bouncing around. The Midnight drags will be up and running by April 20, basically what the Midnight's are about is grudge/street racing at its best, and is a very relaxed atmosphere. You just go find a race and get in line next to each other and then find out who has the fastest truck. The racing goes on until everyone goes home, usually about 1-2AM. On Sunday, April 21 we will all meet at the dyno and have another day of fun. I think it will probably start around 11 o'clock depending on the amount of confirmed trucks. It takes about 30 minutes to dyno one truck. I think it would be in everyone's interest if we could have everything wrapped up by 4 or 5 on Sunday so everybody can get home. The dyno is $75 for three pulls or $100 for an hour.
The Drags have concessions but you can bring in coolers of anything as long as you don't have glass.
The same rules apply for the dyno, but I will get some grills together for burgers and whatever.... I will work on the details of this one.
If you have any questions feel free to call me at (918) 810-7060
The address of the Dyno is:
