I thought this might be the place to ask this question. My left front brake piston is sticking and I plan on replacing the caliper. My question is since I have a 7500lb 2WD GVW truck(3.125 dia caliper piston), can I move up to the 8800lb 4WD truck caliper(3.384 dia caliper piston) with out modifications. Will it bolt right in. Will it take the same pads? Will I stop better? Anyone do this and what were the results? Thanks in advance.
