3rd gen fender flares

I've been looking around for some fender flares. I'm getting some rubbing at the back of the front fenders with my BFG 315s and I'd like to go up to a true 35 inch e-rated tire when I change them but I know the rubbing will become full-fledged body damage if I do.

I want some flares that will not just fit inside my stock wheel wells (and give me even less clearance). I want some that will let me cut away some metal and make more room. Anybody have any suggestions?
