Help with Tire and Wheel sizing

Soon I hope to have my new suspension installed, but I still have no ideal what wheel/tire combo too run.
To catch you up, I presently have a small lift (2"poly spacer) and run 255-85-16 tires, with a rear spacer. The new lift(skyjacker 4.5" system), with Fab Tech dual shock mount and Fox reservoir shocks all around. In the rear besides the new leaf springs I will run Firestone air bags, and traction bars. To keep things real, I want to keep one set of my 16 inch tire/wheel combos for winter and when I need to tow and sell off the other set. I do not expect a dually to fully function with large tires, and the added height they bring.
For new wheels/and tires I am thinking about switching to 17" wheels and going with a 37x13.50x17 tire. I thought about the 19.5" option, but the thought of 16ply tires and there awful ride, and no real off-road tire selection put that thought out of mind.
I would like to have wider rear wheels then the normal 6" ones, but can not find any without going full custom and they are just to expensive. So I figure I will stay with the normal 17x6" rear wheels and find a brand/style that allows me to run a dually rear wheel but also allows me to run the same style wheel up front, but in a wider non-dually width. This leads me to where I am now, looking for a brand that offers dually wheels, and regular wheels of the same style. The reason for a non-dually wheel up front was to get away from the confines of a wheel 6" wide. I would prefer one 8-10" wide, what do you think?????
For a tire I would like to stay in the 37" range, and get them as narrow as possible something like 12.50-13.50, and of-coarse with an off-road type tread. I currently have a set of BFG MT's, and a set of Trxus MT's both in the 255-85-16 size. I like both sets of tires, they run smooth and seem to get good mileage. I would like my next set of tires to be close to what I currently have, which leaves the extreme off-road tires out, they have to be practical for everyday use.
What have you guys been running? Any ideals, comments or suggestions?
