bulletproof chassis project

I need some ideas on building a STOCK height rolling chassis with upgrades to various parts. Starting with a bare frame and working up. Should I powder coat the frame or have it line-x'd? stainless brake lines. What suspension upgrades should I consider? Aftermarket control arms? polyurethane bushings I assume? Heim joints? Any suggestions appreciated. This will be a project truck.
