Pull to the right -- problem solved -- swaybar end links

This doesn't happen too often for me but I think I killed two birds with one stone. I've got a disconnectable swaybar now and I cured my steering problem all at the same time. My stock swaybar end links were too short with my lift kit so they kept getting bent up and hitting the front springs. The design of the stock links also tended to load the swaybar too which made my truck want to pull right.

Well, I was helping a friend put some JKS swaybar disconnects on his Jeep TJ and I realized the design of these would probably work on my truck. The only modification I had to make was drilling out the hole in the axle mount very slightly to 1/2" all the way through. Stock, that hole is tapered and gets a little under 1/2" on the outboard side.

The disconnects are adjustable so if your swaybar is a little tweaked like mine, you can install them without loading the bar which cured my pulling.

I won't include a link because I don't want anyone to think I'm trying to sell you on these things but if you search for JKS swaybar disconnects, look at the model 2000. They're for a Jeep TJ with 0-2.5" of lift.
