Superlift springs settling.

I have the 6" superlift, and after 20K miles the front springs have settled to within 1" of the bump stops. The tires rub now and the truck has a raked look. Is this right??

I called superlift and they didnt seem to care too much. The tech just confirmed that I had the right part numbers and that was it

Anyone else have this lift/ problem????
