Hangers and Shackles

I need some input on buying or building all new shackles and hangers on my
1st gen. It's a 93 with over 15 years and 289,000 Michigan miles, the hangers have some rot and major flex and the shackles don't look much better. Has anyont built or found a manufacturer for these. I have all the equipment available for heavy suspension work, and both axles are coming off for a rebuild as soon as I get home from Iraq. I do some serious off-roading and I just don't trust them anymore. I also want to make them bigger so as to lower the spring mounts another 2-3" gaining more lift so my tires don't eat my brand new fenders.
