Steve. St. Laurent Ends the Enduro Season 4th In His Class!

In other news, our very own Steve St. Laurent finished the season in 4th place in his enduro motorbiking class, earning a handsome trophy.

"It was a grueling season," Steve said in a short interview. "Some tracks were easy and some were impossible. During a couple events, I wished I could die halfway through. Man was I beat! Road racing was easy compared to enduros; a one-armed paper hanger could easily finish them. Not only do you need both arms and legs in enduros, sometimes you wish you had an extra body! Man, it was tough I tell you."

He continued, "This winter I'm going to rebuild the bike and see if I can fix a few things. The power's not right where I want it, and sometimes the bike gets a little squirrelly. Next season I'm hoping to finish first. If I do, I'll stay in the class and take it easy. Yeah, right. I'll bump up a class. This's too much fun!"

Well, OK. I'd better 'fess up before Steve gets Big Angry to give me a propeller spin. I made up the quotes; it's a load of hooey. But he did finish fourth, and he's gotta post pics of his trophy!
