Skyjacker 4.5" lift

im looking to replace my rancho kit with the skyjacker 4.5" kit. i was wondering what the difference is between the class 1 and class 2 kits. i drive on the street the majority of the time and only wheel in the sand about 6 times a year. i want a new spring pack, not blocks. does the class 2 kit come with rear springs? i was also wondering if 36.5x14.5-16.5 Parnelli Jones Dirt Grips wil fit once the new kit is installed.
