Whiplash or modified SKyjacker
I am wanting to clear 39.5's on my truck, I was wondering about the whiplash kit. Most shops in the local area say that they are crap, but they are not authorized dealers. My Idea for my lift is to use all of the components of the whiplash, but sub out the coils and spacers for a pair of coil-overs using the skyjacker coil-over brackets.
Keep in mind that its not used for heavy Wheeling(the misses thinks that a maintained service road is scary ) and plus thats what the TJ is for. It just is to look good and and pull a 26 tailer to Dumont(sand dunes)
I already had a leaf spring conversion done to my 99 before I sold it, and it drove terrible. So I don't want to go that option again.
Thanks
Chris
