limited slip upgrade
I'm to announce that my 37" Goodyear MTRs and lift are going have to be uninstalled. I'm going back to stock sized Michelins for an extended towing stint.
Anyway, I know that that's not going to keep me off of the trails. I need a way to allow me to keep my truck somewhat 'wheelable.
Since I'm going to be changing my rear diff fluid I figured I'de look into restacking the plates to tighten the l/s up. It never did work too well and was nonexistant after going to the 37s. I remember once upon a time there was an excellent article explaining the procedure and giving the Ford part #s needed. Does anyone still have this info , or could they reproduce it? I still can't afford a Detroit, but can't afford to be getting stuck either. Loosing traction can be hard on body panels . Thanks to any that can help.
