2000 jeep grand cherokee limited ?

My wife drives this jeep and i was riding in it last week and had the heat on with dual climate controls.Her side works fine but on the passenger side it only blows out cold air,the numbers on the controls still work to bring temp. up and down but it isn't heating.Any ideals i could look at before taking it to the dealer?Thanks
