04 Pacifica Headlight replacement how?

Ok, have a co-worker here who has gone to two places now to have the bulb in her 2004 Chrystler Pacifica Driver side head light replaced. Both said they couldn't do it. they could do the passenger side but not the driver side.

Any one know the trick to this? Can replaceing a light bulb be that difficult?
