Need Help with a 7.3 POS!

I also posted in the 911 Forum, but my friend has a 95 F350 with a 7.3 Powerstroke and the darn thing wont start and I am looking for some tips before I go home this weekend and try to fix it. He said he was driving and hit a bump and the truck turned off which to me sounds like a loose wire. Then he starts trying to trouble shoot it so he tries to check the codes with his Superchips and is isnt getting a signal from the ecm. Next he swaps in a 97 computer, which may not work because I know Ford did some messed up stuff them years with the electronics, and nothing happened again. He last tried a new CPS and that did nothing. Now Im telling him to check all plugs and ground wires, its not getting fuel because it runs on ether, so the injectors arnt firing, I know because he said the filter housing is full of fuel. I think it might need a new ecm.

Any Ideas?!?!
