99 Camaro power window help?

One of my friends wants me to try to fix his power windows on his 99 Camaro SS. He dropped it off tonight, and I messed with it for a while and can't figure anything out.

Both windows wont work. As a bonus the passenger side is stuck down slightly. There is power going into the circuit breaker, and I switched it with the identical power seat breaker with no change. The passenger side motor makes a slight click when the button is pressed from either side. The drivers side makes a click under the dash when it is pressed, but nothing from the door or circuit breaker region.

Is there anyone familiar with F-bodies on here that could point me in the right direction to troubleshoot this? Are there wiring diagrams available online anywhere?
