Slant Six Help

I have an old LULL forklift with a slant 6. Sorry but it's the only pic i have.
She is an old girl. The serial # on the cab is 204 and none of the address have zip codes on them. I dont know what year it is but i know it's a 225 slant six.

I have put all of the items listed on in the last 6 to 12 monts time.

Cap & rotor
Points ect
wires
plugs
fuel pump
New fuel tank
carb rebuilt Holly one barrel
very recent fuel filter

Motor ran great till few weeks ago. Now it just will not start. It seems that it is getting fuel. I have pulled and cleaned all the plugs and it has spark but will not take off.

Im not sure what it could be. Could the timing be off? how would you go about adjusting the timing?

I have tried to get it running no luck. any suggestions?
