"Gas Guzzler Tax?" Sad But True

Just cruising the dodge site and looking at the new Challenger. Went through the build and price function just for fun and noticed something alarming....at the end there is a "Gas Guzzler Tax" of $2,100 added onto the sticker when you buy the car! Guess they weren't that worried about it back in the day when gas was $.35 a gallon. Let's hope their stupidity and greed doesn't fall over into the diesel market...oh wait I forgo $4.20 a gallon!!

Whew I feel better now!
